Problem in accessing Oracle Grid Control using a browser

When I am trying to access the Grid Control console using Google chrome, I am getting the following error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

*gva00dev1.pace.sigma.com <http://gva00dev1.pace.sigma.com>* sent an invalid response.

Try:

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR Secure Connection FailedAn error occurred during a connection to gva00dev1.pace.sigma.com:7799. Issuer certificate is invalid. (Error code: sec_error_ca_cert_invalid)

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Error while trying through IE(Internet Explorer10: There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.
