I used to use X-Manager (that's how I configured the current instances there), but now for security reasons the 22 port has been blocked for my segment (we use a jump server to access) and I had to move directly to the Site (yes, as the old times) but now am not able to start dbca (I decided to use it as I need to create a simple dev instance and didn't want to spent more time on preparing a silent install).
I know there must be something very basic, but haven't been able to find out yet...
