Well…First of all, your command will work, if you connect to the CDB root. It will create a new CDB, with just the one PDB (rcat) in it. If you don’t want a new CDB, but just move/copy the PDB into the same/another existing CDB, then you should use a clone operation. Safe harbor, NDA aside and so on, the word is that it will be possible to do do a hot clone in 12.2. Vit
