Is possible to connect through dblink from xe to postgresql to use plsql logic

Is possible to connect through dblink from xe to postgresql tables, in a stable permanent oracle db link connection?

The idea is
1) to put the PLSQL logic in oracle xe,

2) and the data in postgrseql database

3) we can create views for all the tables directing to the tables in postgresql, So everything is transparent.

Only curiosity to know if is possible.
