I am starting to use the new App Express 5.0 in Oracle 12.1 on my Linux servers. It can do lots of cool things. I am able to produce some apps pretty quickly. Still learning.
My question is: How are people deploying the apps that they build? Are people creating a small database that is 'out front' to run as a web server type of database that runs the App Express engine? Then as the data comes in, the database would push data out to the 'real' databases? I am currently using App Exp for small non-sensitive data apps. Hoping to expand the use to use sensitive data.
