Ok well I guess that is assuming that you have instances automatically configured in EM. I guess that is what I am looking for how to do. Currently when there is a new instance I have to manually add the instance to EM, how do it make it automatically show up?

You save last week's chart and display both ...
You do not delete EM information, and display targets under permanent blackout with 'dropped' as reason ...
