Re: EM12c Metadata for Job notification flags

I noticed the same thing.
Editing the job (or even just viewing it and then clicking ok) seems to clear the notification flags sometimes.
I have not yet found out what exactly triggers it, but the version I noticed it on was 12.1.0.3
