Hi,

I once did a POC of MySQL 5.5.12 to Oracle 11gR2 data migration using Tungsten Replicator - you can consider it Open Source Golden Gate: ( http://docs.continuent.com/tungsten-replicator-3.0/deployment-hetero.html), it migrates the table structure but you will have to manually create Procedures, Referential Constraints, Indexes and Sequences on Oracle Side.

They have a pretty active google group where you can ask for help : https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/tungsten-replicator-discuss

Also they have uploaded very informative webinars on same topic: https://www.youtube.com/user/v1rsun3n

Regards,
Ankit
