user can't view 11.2 LOB indexes in SQL Developer

A user here noticed she can't see LOB indexes using SQL Developer vs 11.2, but she could vs 10.2.

Is there a new privilege in 11.2 and 12c related to LOB indexes specifically?
Or is this some SQL Developer quirk.

I can see them no problem but I have at lot more privs
