My reply, repeated here for everyone's benefit was this:

In general, we don't want Oracle-L to be a recruiting ground for recruiters, so, postings from recruiters are not welcome here.

If you're an Oracle-L member (and not a recruiter), and you have a job opening at your company, you're welcome to promote it here.

Replies to any job posting type mails should be made off-list, directly to the poster with the job opening.

Fair enough?

We try to keep content free message to a minimum on this list. An OT: prefix on the subject line is appreciated by those folks who use that to filter technical mail from other things.
