I'm surprised that, with 12c, they didn't rename Grid Infrastructure to Cloud Infrastructure! Seems like a clear inconsistency to me! :-)

Why, oh why, did Oracle name their Management tool 'Grid Control' and their Clusterware 'Grid Infrastructure', when they know that EVERYONE abbreviates both to 'Grid' ...
