The logs do tell you something not seen on the command line - the failure was a timeout.
Anything changed on the network recently?
You may want to try this to locate other relevant logfiles.
- try again to start the resource
- from top level oracle directory find . -mmin -2 -type f
The results may include some logs of interest.
Or you can find the log hierarchy (in the docs, and/or google for it) and drill down on directories that way.
Finding recently updated logfiles is usually easier and faster.
