Kernel parameter error while installing Oracle 11.2.0.3

I received the following errors in the installation log while installing Oracle 11gR2(11.2.0.3) and wondering it is OK to ignore these errors or I should change the parameters as recommended. What are the possible problem if I ignore these errors?
