Mumbai is actually quite good. The feature I appreciate the most is it
can use Statspack AND awr/ash.
Which makes it invaluable for those who might not be licensed for
diagpack across all dbs.
Why on Earth can't EM do Stastpack remains a mistery to me!
I don't care if it is not part of the world domination nonsense: it is
wrong.

One of the guys in our local Sydneyoracle Meetup group, Babak, has
written a brilliant APEX-based monitor.
It's incredibly detailed and quite good, although of course not in same
class as totally dedicated commercial tools.
