I found it on amazon uk at
http://www.amazon.co.uk/SQL-Success-Database-Programming-Proficiency/dp/1909765007/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
(just change .com to .co.uk - usually works!).
I have ordered this book based on the quality of your previous ones which I have in my collection. I guess I must be a "groupie" then! ;-)
Even a DBA of my (low) calibre can learn something new - so I hope to do so from this book.
Cheers,
Norm.
