Yes. I just did yesterday. Faster, cheaper (especially in Tylenol) and simpler than upg. If you don't have jobs/incidents/metric-defs to migrate, this is the quickest way. I personal clean the existing DB rather than install it - the prereqs check make s a nice list.
And this one has the proper plugins to support all aspects of Clusterware 12.1 and Database 12.1 that were just released. /Hans
(Therefore EM12c does support DB12c, in a manner similar to DB11g has new features at each of 11.2.0.x, as per http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e22487/toc.htm ;-) )
