I did a fresh install of Cloud Control 12.1.0.3 today, based on files downloaded from edelivery on Saturday.

This is from the Oracle Inventory 10 minutes ago - saved form the runInstaller > 'Installed Products'

     oracle_sysman_db11
       Enterprise Manager plug-in for Oracle Database 12.1.0.4.0
         WLM Client Library 11.2.0.3.0

     oracle_sysman_xa11
       Enterprise Manager plug-in for Oracle Exadata 12.1.0.4.0

     oracle_sysman_emas11
       Enterprise Manager plug-in for Oracle Fusion Middleware 12.1.0.4.0
         Oracle Enterprise Scheduler Service Admin Library 11.1.1.7.0

If DB Plugin 12.1.0.4 is not out, then I have no idea what was installed?
