Upgrade from RHEL to OEL

Our enterprise is going to standardize on OEL. All 11gR2 RAC servers are using RHEL 5.6.
The systems guys believe that OEL is the exact same kernel as RHEL, and that the only required
change is a RPM that rebrands the OS name; and can be performed in place.
