Hi,
One problem with OS is you can't have "Extended" i.e. you don't get the SQL text of the statement or the values of bind variables. If you want to know what people have really been doing and what data they've looked at then you need "Extended" which works with DB and XML. We use XML,Extended

OS here.� Easy to mine, easy to integrate with other tools for corporate logging, easy to manage with simple OS commands. And no, I don't believe XML is any of that - although I'm fairly sure there are 13892384912391239192384 certified DBAs in India with 8223904238409 years of experience in mining XML logs willing to work for peanuts.� I don't do peanuts.
