So, if EM and ApEx are not allowed, then how would iSQLPlus be allowed? :-) iSQLPlus seemed a heck of a lot less secure than ApEx from what I've seen.

One potential route: ApEx on a second machine, and DBLink to the so-called secure environment. I know, I know ... LOL
