ASM question !

Hi,
We are looking for RAC Implementation for our SAP database instances. I have one question about the migration process of File System Datafiles to ASM.
If we do so, the reorg of the objects are automatically done, while migrating file system datafiles to ASM. Please let me know, I am new to RAC.
( The reason behind this question is , our existing SAP database have many dictionary managed tablespaces, which need to be migrated to locally managed tbs) Thanks in advance.
