Hi Niall,
if you're into Perl and possibly have to generate that graph more often - in the best case getting the data from a automatically readable source - then GD::Graph is a module to look at.
http://gdgraph.com/samples/sample23.html (if your values always sum up to the same total for any given point in time, the graph will look like the one you linked)
I use it regularly to visualize important trends.
