Yes, that makes sense. I assume that question is in the context of historical checking, so depending on cache size and activity the blocks may be already flushed by the time you check. Ideally you could use X$OBJECT_AFFINITY_STATISTICS and GV$GCSPFMASTER_INFO to check on stats at the object-level in terms of where it's opened and any DRM activity, but like I mentioned those are object-level, not block level like what you're interested in.
