Database upgrade for big database

Yes.
Another team member did this bit, and I just reviewed his docs. In a nutshell:
Restore 10g backup on 11g on ODA
setup as a standby
when ready to migrate:
* shutdown prod database * wait for standby to catch up * shut down standby * open with startup upgrade * proceed with standard upgrade steps.
It all worked quite well.
