ec2 webservices with plsql

Hi All -- Hope everyone is doing great.
I am trying to write ec2 webservices with plsql based on below links.

i tried to write code for EC2 request to describeregions and i am always having problems with signature.

Can some one suggest any code for this activity. i dont have my code handy while writing this email so going to post code in my next reply.
