Usually when I call up support or drop an email to an Oracle employee, it is to point out a problem. I do that a lot, as I am sure you all do as well. So I am taking a moment to highlight something very positive - I really like the minimalist interface of Oracle Support's mobi. True, it has been out for a little while now so I am sure it is nothing new to the fine folks on this list. Except I don't have a cell phone, let along a smartphone, so I have never experienced mobi on a teeny tiny 2"x3" screen; even so, I really really like mobi, and I often prefer it to the "regular" html version.

Kudos to the team who worked on mobi.
