One issue I've seen is:
Bug 10269503 : ALTER PACKAGE COMPILE IN NATIVE COMPILATION RAISES ORA-600
Described in:
DataPump Import (IMPDP) Fails With Error ORA-600 [ktcdso-1] [ID 1441524.1]
Natively compiling a package that refers to objects across a database
link to a lower version causes ORA-600 [ktcdso-1] / ORA-600 [17285].
