Hello. I've been tasked with getting our operations staff involved with some DBA tasks. Now we have successfully had SAs (not operations) execute task lists, where they simply followed them, running canned commands we have set up.

Hello. I've been tasked with getting our operations staff involved with some DBA tasks. Now we have successfully had SAs (not operations) execute task lists, where they simply followed them, running canned commands we have set up.
I was just wondering if anyone was doing anything with batch OEM commands or any other tool/procedures.
The staff is mainly tasked with mainframe work but they do some UNIX tasks for the SAs.
