Key Speakers: Oracle performance experts… Tom Kyte, Andrew Holdsworth & Graham Wood. Tom Kyte is a Senior Technical Architect in Oracle’s Server Technology Division. Tom is the Tom behind the Ask Tom column in Oracle Magazine, answering people's questions about the Oracle database and its tools (http://asktom.oracle.com/). 

Andrew Holdsworth is a Senior Director of the Real World Performance group within RDBMS Development group based in Redwood Shores and in locations around the World.

Graham Wood is an architect in the database development group at Oracle. Most of his 25 years at Oracle has been spent in performance related areas, including designing and tuning large high-performance systems, both in the real world and for benchmarking, building monitoring tools such as Statspack, and in architecting performance and scalability features into the database itself.

Sandeep Mathur is Managing Director for Oracle India. Based in Bangalore, Mr. Mathur is responsible for the overall business performance of Oracle in India. Additionally, he will drive Oracle's business in specific industry segments namely government, BFSI and telecom. Prior to his current role, Sandeep Mathur was Vice President, Technology at Oracle India, managing one of the most successful businesses for Oracle in India. Under his leadership, the technology business (including Database, Database Options and Exadata) grew substantially, maintaining Oracle's #1 position in the relational database management segment in India. Sandeep Mathur joined Oracle in 2003, as Director, Oracle Direct, North America Sales to spearhead and set up Oracle's offshore inside-sales operations for the North America sales organization. Sandeep has held senior positions in Oracle Asia Pacific where he was responsible for strategy, business development and specialist sales  for the Technology business across the region. Prior to Oracle, Sandeep has been part of senior management teams at Phoenix Global solutions and Lotus Development, an IBM company. Sandeep holds a B.E in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.  
   
Murali Subramanian, Group Vice President, Product Development, Oracle India Private Limited. As a Group Vice President – Fusion Applications, Murali Subramanian is currently responsible for a team working on the various part of Fusion Applications. Earlier he was Group Vice President/General Manager for the E-Business development group, which comprised of teams globally working on all products within E-Business Suite. Murali re-located to Hyderabad, India in 1998 to help start and build the Oracle Applications group out of India and is currently responsible for all of Applications Development Operations.
