Sorry never seen this. What is the file number of the datafile? On the face of it it looks like a bug where by the file number is too large, you must have a lot of data files belonging to the tablespace for that to happen. I run a 10TB 11.1.0.7 database, so I am interested in what caused this. Assuming that you want to drop it to get some space back, have you tried shrinking it to less than 5 blocks, so that Oracle never uses it?
