I just wanted to ask the list to see if anyone has created a feature comparison spreadsheet for Oracle performance tools that are considered an alternative for Oracle Diagnostics Pack and Tuning Pack. We are looking into an alternative and I am trying to do a feature comparison. If someone has done this already and are willing to share it, I could build on it.
