name-service call wait in RAC

Hi,
Oracle version :- 11.2.0.2
I have a two node RAC in IBM AIX.When we simulate 25 user load,I could see the following events in AWR.I have resolved direct path read. What is 'name-service call wait' event?I could not get much information from internet.Kindly throw some light on this.
