In the Schema Browser, left hand side, select USERS. On the right will appear a list of users.
Still on the left, click to select one of the users you want to check the privs for. On the right side, there will be a set of tab, click the ones you want to see. (Object privs, roles, system privs etc).
Repeat for all desired users.
If you want a script, shift and/or ctrl click on all the users you want, right click, create script. Follow the prompts and choose your options.
