I haven't seen any Oracle version information posted on this; I texted the procedure on 11.2.0.3 with the example posted on the blog and the NOT NULL issue in earlier releases isn't an issue anymore as the partitions exchanged without error prior to the 'fix'.  Changing the script slightly if the column definitions are off (say one  has a  number(9) and another declares the same column as number(7)) then the exchange will fail in 11.2.0.3 and the procedure provides the neceassary detaile to fix the issue.
