Not that I can think of offhand. You might be able to do something somewhat similar by setting the LOGICAL_READS_PER_CALL limit of the users profile, but even that would be an ugly kludge

Somebody, (a manager), asked me if oracle had a limited, (safe), update 'option' like MySQL -- as described in this link:
