Upgrade plan 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3 on R12 (12.0.4)

Hi All,
We are having an database upgrade plan from 11.2.0.1 (PSU6) to 11.2.0.3 for ERP 12.0.4 on Linux x86_64. Our CRS is also on version 11.2.0.1 and need to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 as well. Please share if anyone has a document for the same or any blogs which provide some information. Thanks in advance.
