When I installed 11gR2 on a Windows Server 2008r2 to set up a heterogeneous service, I got a TNS-12560 error because my user didn't have the privilege to start the listener. I had to run it as the Administrator. On Fri, Feb 24, 2012 at 5:45 PM, Eriovaldo Andrietta <ecandrietta_at_gmail.com>wrote:
