Hi,
unfortunately, the bit about ACFS to store archive logs is not true. Oracle does not support that. No file that can directly be stored in ASM is supported on ACFS. That affects this list: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E14072_01/server.112/e10500/asmfiles.htm#g1030822 which also includes archive logs.
