That's interesting.
CPU was kind of "only security changes", no functional/behaviour changes. While security changes might just as well criple your system it's still better than any changes. And one can comply with organizations security policy, if any (I'd like to hear if many organizations force CPU's on critical production systems )
Now if PSU can change ANYTHING then PSU application on production system
becomes quite dangerous.
On the bright side, if one looks into PSU's then oracle really includes
critical bugs that have to be addressed anyway.
