errors while RECOVERING DATABASE, log included, please help

Hi all,

I have a problem, cannot complete oracle recovery.

Can anybody tell me what is wrong from the log I'm including?

I see some Oracle errors there but it is not clear to me what exactly is wrong.

I will appreciate any help.
