11.2.0.2.0 PSU Failed in SIngle Instance

Hi,
I am trying to apply the PSU , Patch 12311357 on the Single instance Standalone Grid Infrastructure;
The Patch of the Grid infrastructure home ran successfully however, the Oracle database home failed with the following error;

Any idea please? Thank you
