I am honestly not sure what you are officially allowed to do with a MOS account for support on a one user license of Identity Management Pack. I can tell you that the account seems to do all the same things any MOS account can do, without restrictions.
Maybe I'll open an SR on an Exadata problem and see if they notice :-)
