Hi,
From another point of view, a curious question:
Is there any absolute value that one should not go over? E.g. if I have
256GB in my Oracle-dedicated server, will Oracle effectively manage an
SGA of 192GB?
Keeping in mind size of shared pool allocations and db blocks - won't
all the housekeeping of such vast number of structures negatively impact
the performance?
