Looking for an Oracle speaker for PostgreSQL Conference East

I am the organizer of PostgreSQL Conference. We are looking for a few Oracle talks from qualified individuals. Topics such as, "What PostgreSQL could learn from Oracle" would be great, especially if they are technical talks.
