Hi,
There is nothing in the v$session.blocking_session column either? I suggest running the SQL JL published here: http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2008/02/06/trouble-shooting-2/ because even if the blocker is a Tuxedo transaction there has to be a Oracle session that is running it.
