Huh? Who is this "application adminstrator"? Other than call it in (I'm on hold now), what do others do with this kind of nonsense? (besides swear...)
Is that with the flash interface, or the HTML interface?
I ask because the HTML interface was unable to create an SR a few months ago. Dunno if they have fixed that.
