According to Sue Harper (and some other participating OOW) SQL data modeler is now free database option. After a few K worth separate license these are quite great news.

Although it is listed for 3 K in price list also today (http://www.oracle.com/us/corporate/pricing/price-lists/index.html), hopefully they simply cannot update everything so fast...
