If I remember correctly you can use 'vmstat -p' to find out what type of memory (executable, anonymous, filesystem) is causing that. That probably helps in finding the cause.
Do you use direct I/O? Your scan rate (column sr) is mostly zero, so it doesn't look like a memory shortage and it may be the filesystem cache at work.
