http://www.oracle.com/corporate/pricing/exadata-pricelist.pdf you might wanto to consider half or quarter rack. probably you can do almost the same in a much cheaper way.
besides, mos shows quite a few exadata specific bugs I noticed.

but, as oracle technologist, I would love to lay my hands on one to work on :-
