Some how that seems "logical and expected behavior", the fix that is.

The rule hint still exist in the all_tab_columns view which is causing us
some significant performance problems and is a known issue on MOS. The "official" fix is to recreate the view without the hint, go figure.

LOL -- anyone attempting a materialized view over 64KB knows they're still
around and in use in the dictionary. :)
